Ground Level:

• One bedroom with king bed
• Bathroom with separate toilet
• Pool Table Room has high quality custom built pool table
• Large fully equipped Caesar stone kitchen with all amenities
• Large glass extendable dining table
• Entertainment area has comfy leather lounges, 54 inch wall mounted plasma TV with Foxtel, blue ray DVD and iPod docking station
• Entertainment area flows out to undercover alfresco patio with Friar Tuck BBQ, ideal for cooking anything,  especially those lazy, laid back brunches
• Laundry with dryer, iron and ironing board

Upstairs:

• Four bedrooms. The Premier Spa Suite has a king bed and flat screen TV, bathroom has a double spa bath with “wow” factor setting, it also has a separate shower and toilet
• The three other bedrooms have queen beds and one has an ensuite

• Sitting room with log fire and comfy leather lounges
